What Happens when you book Your Free Class?

  1. A follow up call → A coach will give you a call to talk you through how we do things here at TRU FIT and will ask about your previous training experience to ensure the session you are booked onto meets your needs, ability and experience level.

  2. Walk through the door → Coach welcomes you with a smile to have a quick catch up to ensure you’re all ready to go and ready to train.

  3. Join a beginner-friendly, coach-led session → Get stuck in! Just follow our expert coaches advice and guidance throughout the session and enjoy!

  4. Cool down & chat about next steps → We will sit down after the session and discuss your goals and how we can move forward with you to achieve these.

The TRU FIT Training Method

Let’s get to WORK! Let’'s get STRONG!

WORK is the main focus of our TRU FIT training programme, focusing on building STRENGTH through 3 major lifts over the course of the week:

- Squat (Monday - Lower)
- Press
(Wednesday - Upper)
- Deadlift
(Friday - Full Body)


We start every week with a lower body focus on a Monday, building into an upper body focus in the middle of the week, and end the week with a full body session on a Friday.

Don't forget, a well-built home starts with a strong foundation.

Feel the BURN!

BURN sessions are primarily designed to improve your movement patterns, build your fitness, aerobic capacity and endurance. With this in mind, the main focuses of this training sessions are :

  • Strength & stability accessory movements

  • METCON training

  • Aerobic capacity training

The mindset behind our BURN sessions is to work on your ability to sustain physical and mental stamina.

Our BURN sessions follow on from our WORK sessions, with a lower body focus at the start of the week and an upper body focus nearer the end of the week.

Stronger, together!

One of our most popular sessions of the week.

On Saturdays we kick-off the weekend and get stuck in together as a TEAM. Focusing on community, perseverance, grit and determination. The purpose of these sessions are to conduct optimal threshold training to facilitate our members' aerobic capacity.

You’ll be combatting these workouts with your TEAM and the support of the community around you.

Coaching That Goes Beyond

OUR 4 week trial

Our 4-Week Trial is designed to get you started with your fitness journey, with specific goals in mind, from day 1.

What you get:

  • Day 1 Coach Check-In – Start right and set your goals for the 4 weeks.

  • InBody Scan & Progress Tracking – Scan on day 1 and day 30 to measure and track your progress.

  • Access to 8 Small Group PT Sessions - Work with other new starters in a group of up to 3 people, with 1 coach, in your first 4 weeks to ensure you learn how to lift properly and safely and to ensure that training is personalised to you and your ability.

  • Unlimited Group Training for 4 Weeks – Experience our expert-led strength and conditioning sessions.

  • A Supportive Gym Community – Train alongside people who push you to be better.

  • Day 30 Review with a Coach – Review the progress, with another InBody Scan, and set new goals ready for your 90 day review.
