We've devised a unique strength and conditioning programme to unleash our members potential, and ensure every hour given, is an hour gained.

THE SCHEDULE.

All sessions are modified for beginners or seasoned athletes


Monday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5:30pm & 6:30pm
WORK (STRENGTH - Lower Body - Squat/Hinge Strength)

Tuesday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, & 6:30pm
BURN (Lower body strength & skill accessories and METCON)

Wednesday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5:30pm & 6:30pm
WORK (STRENGTH - Upper body - Push/Pull strength)

Thursday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 5:30pm & 6:30pm
BURN (Upper body strength & skill accessories and METCON)

Friday: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 6:00pm
WORK (STRENGTH - Posterior chain & Core - Deadlift/Hip Thrust)

Saturday: 7am, 8:30am
TEAM (Aerobic capacity and muscular endurance, team workouts)

Let’s get to WORK!

WORK is the main focus of our TRU FIT training programme, focusing on building STRENGTH through 3 major lifts over the course of the week:

- Squat
- Press
- Deadlift


We start every week with a lower body focus on a Monday with squat, building into an upper body focus in the middle of the week, with press on a Wednesday and end the week with a deadlift/posterior chain session on a Friday.

Don't forget, a well-built home starts with a strong foundation.

Burn.

Feel the BURN!

BURN sessions are primarily designed to improve your movement patterns, build your fitness, aerobic capacity and endurance. With this in mind, the main focuses of this training sessions are :

- Strength & stability accessory movements
- Strength & Conditioning Workouts
- Cardio

The mindset behind our BURN sessions is to work on your ability to sustain physical and mental stamina.

Our BURN sessions follow on from our WORK sessions, with a lower body focus (squatting and hinging) at the start of the week and an upper body focus (push and pull) nearer the end of the week.

BURN will support you to feel more energetic and complete day-to-day movements with more confidence.

TEAM.

Stronger, together!

On Saturdays we kick-off the weekend and get stuck in together as a TEAM. Focusing on community, perseverance, grit and determination. The purpose of these sessions are to conduct optimal threshold training to facilitate our members' aerobic capacity.

You’ll be combatting these workouts with your TEAM and the support of the community around you.
