KIDS HOLIDAY TRAINING:
AGES 7-11 YEARS OLD
2 HOUR TRAINING SESSIONS DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAY (DROP OFF AND PICK UP) - £25 PER SESSION
EASTER - 7th, 9th, 11th, 14th, 16th, 18th @ 1-3pm
FUN & FITNESS (GAMES AND ACTIVITIES TO TEACH KIDS THAT EXERCISE AND FITNESS IS FUN)
AIM IS TO BUILD STRENGTH, FITNESS AND CONFIDENCE WITH EXERCISE
EX PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER COACHING SESSIONS
2 EXPERIENCED COACHES ON-SITE FULLY QUALIFIED, CRB CHECKED AND SAFEGUARDING TRAINING COMPLETED
YOUNG ATHLETE PROGRAMME:
AGES 12-16 YEARS OLD
50 MINS TRAINING SESSIONS EVERY FRIDAY 4:30PM - RECURRING MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP - £60 A MONTH
AN INTRODUCTION TO STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
AIM IS TO IMPROVE YOUNG ATHLETES STRENGTH AND FITNESS NEEDED FOR THEIR SPORT
EXPERIENCED COACH - FULLY QUALIFIED, CRB CHECKED AND SAFEGUARDING TRAINING COMPLETED.
