Robyn is highly motivated to provide women with the opportunity to REBUILD their bodies post birth. Here at TRU FIT, we know that women post birth are often left with minimal support and pathways with regards rehabilitation after child birth. WE WANT TO CHANGE THAT!
For only £95, we can offer a 6 week training programme to kick start your fitness journey and help REBUILD women post partum back to their stronger selves and give them the confidence to training and lift.
